The Family Service Worker (FSW) will collaborate with the Department of Children Services (DCS) to provide services to youth and families in custody in Tennessee.
Leadership is available for support in challenging situations. All specialists undergo thorough training to maximize clinical skills. The schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on youth and family availability.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided for community-based staff.
Salary ranges from $52,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on education and licensure.
