Child Focus, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Family Service Worker for its Early Learning program. The role supports connecting families to resources, boosts parent engagement, and fosters school readiness to help children thrive in Clermont County.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required
• Experience with families and children birth to five preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and events.
• Build relationships with community partners and participate in community outreach efforts.
• Recruit and enroll children and families into Early Learning programs.
• Assess family strengths and needs while supporting goal setting and connecting families with community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with young children and families.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and community stakeholders.
• Meet local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend activities.

Schedule: Full-Time | Seasonal Position

• Orientation: July 13–15
• Full-time schedule begins: July 27

Starting Rate: $19.47/hour
