Child Focus, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Family Service Worker to support children and families in our Early Learning program. This full-time role helps connect families to resources, strengthen parent engagement, and promote school readiness for children.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience working with families and children ages birth to five preferred.
• Passion for empowering families and strengthening communities.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and events.
• Build relationships with community partners and participate in community outreach efforts.
• Recruit and enroll children and families into Early Learning programs.
• Assess family strengths and needs while supporting goal setting and connecting families with community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with young children and families.
• Collaborate with team members and community stakeholders.
• Meet local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements.

Family Service Worker – Early Learning

Child Focus: Locations will vary throughout Clermont County.

Schedule: Full-Time | Seasonal Position through the school year

Starting Rate: $19.47/hour
