Service Corporation International in Minneapolis seeks a Sales Professional to serve families by presenting cemetery and pre-need arrangements, delivering personalized service, and driving revenue. You will generate leads, obtain referrals, build trust, and coordinate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
A high school diploma with 1–2 years in sales or customer service is required, with evenings/weekends and the potential to obtain an insurance

The Sales Professional serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.
Education High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience
Experience High school equivalency and 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred
Licenses Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Insurance license if required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
Must be able to pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire Ability to work a number of evenings and or weekends every month Ability to drive frequently Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state/province Knowledge of computers and some software Customer service skills
Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 targeted compensation (with higher earnings potential based on exceptional sales performance)
