The Coordinator will inform and recruit participants for housing programs, develop service plans, and support employment readiness initiatives. Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of job search skills, barriers, labor market information.
• Ability to acquire knowledge of budgeting, credit repair, local social services.
• Sensitivity to diverse client needs including homelessness, low income.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows 2007 or higher, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inform and recruit participants of the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Develop and maintain service plans for achieving self-sufficiency.
• Support employment readiness and develop individual household budgets.
• Maintain complete and correct program files and records.
