Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) is seeking a Navigator to connect families to health, education, and community resources in Milton, FL. This part-time role involves assessing needs, coordinating services, and helping families overcome barriers with compassionate support.

You will work closely with community partners to ensure coordinated services, maintain accurate records, and advocate for families in navigating complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field required.
• Two years of experience working with children and families required.
