Job summary

Madison County Schools is seeking a Family Resource Center Director to serve at Boonesborough Elementary and Whitehall Elementary in Richmond, Kentucky. The position is a full-time contract for 8 hours per day and 240 days per school year, with days prorated as needed.

A Bachelor's degree is required for eligibility. The director reports to the School Principal and/or Designee and will plan, organize, implement and coordinate programs while maintaining communication with district staff, schools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years professional experience in area of assignment.
• Ability to provide leadership and coordinate district/community programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, families and community.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and coordinate projects, programs or activities with limited district impact.
• Serve as liaison with other units, departments or outside agencies as required.
• Develop, establish or administer project, program or activity and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain communication with district staff, local school staff and the community about information and developments.
• Prepare and assist in preparation of reports and records as required.
