Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO seeks an Activity Facilitator to lead family-oriented programs such as sports, archery, nature activities, mini-golf, roller rink, science experiments, climbing wall and more. You will also assist guests at the program registration desk and help with equipment, sign-ups, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in English.
• Current Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead family-oriented and group programs for members and guests of all ages (sports, archery, nature activities, climbing, games, etc.).
• Assist guests at the program registration desk and help sign up participants.
• Promote and support seasonal programming and special events.
• Maintain and repair recreation equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate with guests in a mature, responsible manner and balance cash boxes as needed.
• Participate in daily cleaning of program buildings and support other departments as assigned.
