Clarvida is hiring a Family Preservation Care Coordinator to provide intervention, manage client cases, and connect families with community resources across multiple TN locations. This full-time, community-based role supports children and families in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Human Service, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, and experience with children in therapeutic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before working with clients.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours consistent with program needs and work at multiple locations.

About your Role:

As a Family Preservation Care Coordinator, you will provide intervention, manages client cases and acts as a resource link to children and families who desperately need assistance. Assist in case management of children of children. Work with treatment teams, offering insight to be evaluated as you develop plans together. Serve struggling individuals as an advocate, connecting them to organizations that improve their situation.
