Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages in the Phoenix-Tempe area. The role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordination with specialists to ensure holistic patient care.

Required are a medical degree, residency in Family Medicine (3 years), an unrestricted license, board certification, DEA, BLS and ACLS. Strong English, plus Spanish or Creole are preferred; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor degree or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years residency training in Family Medicine.
  • Current unrestricted State Medical License.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Spanish and Creole are preferred.
  • The work schedule may include evenings and weekends to accommodate patient needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuing medical education and staying informed about advancements in family medicine.
  • Flexible to travel per business needs.

  • Family-Centered Care - Foster open communication to address family health concerns; collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
  • Collaboration with Specialists - Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care plans.
  • Emergency Care - Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization.
  • Community Engagement - Engage in community health initiatives and educational programs.

Job Summary
