VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Family Medicine.

7. Description: Specialty: Family Practice
   Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Provider should be available to start within 4 weeks. Exceptions may apply for providers previously worked with Sea Mar.
   Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension
   Shift Details: 8am-5pm, 40 hrs/week, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
   Schedule: Monday-Friday
   Work Details: Support staff include dedicated medical assistants, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and healthcare administrators. Providers will submit timecards. Patients per day: up to 18, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced environment. Patient Population: Newborns to Geriatrics, including vulnerable populations such as migrants and refugees. Experience in community health settings preferred.
   EMR: EPIC
   Special Procedures: Basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
   Skills Required: Ability to start quickly, with onsite orientation and a ramp-up period.
   Practice Setting: Outpatient community health center
   Travel Logistics: Travel expenses covered, including flights, rental car, and lodging.

   • Board Certification: Yes
   • Active WA License: Yes
   • DEA: Active WA DEA
   • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, etc., as discussed at credentialing
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an FNP with recent face-to-face patient contact, including pediatrics
   • Background: Clean record, no malpractice
   • Language: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
9. Pay Rate: $125.97/hr (1099)
