Job Description

Specialty: Family Practice
Start Date: As soon as credentialed, ideally within 4 weeks. Previous experience with Sea Mar is a plus.
Contract Length: 3 months with possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8am-5pm, 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
Work Details: Support staff includes dedicated medical assistants, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and healthcare administrators. Providers will submit timecards. Patients per day: up to 18, with flexibility depending on cancellations. Patient Age Range: Newborns to Geriatrics. Experience with vulnerable populations is preferred.
Department: Community Health Center, serving migrants and refugees, with interpretative services. Experience with EMR: EPIC. Procedures include injections, IUD placement, minor wound care. Skills required: Ability to start patient care promptly, with a one-week onsite orientation. Practice setting: Outpatient community health center. Travel expenses covered include flight, rental car, and lodging.

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, etc., to be discussed at credentialing
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an FNP, face-to-face patient contact within past year, including pediatrics
• Background: Clean record, no malpractice history
• Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
• Additional: Spanish or Russian speaking is a plus; must be COVID and flu vaccinated

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $125.97 per hour (1099)
• Benefits: Medical, weekly pay, referral bonuses, licensure and travel reimbursements, paid sick leave
