Primary Care Opportunity making over $310,000 in Winston-Salem, NC

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, with a potential to earn over $312,000 in the first year, plus full benefits.

We are a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. We deliver top-quality care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients can feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. Our approach ensures greater continuity of care and respectful treatment by staff who genuinely care about patients, their families, and communities. The center offers Uber/Lyft services for those who do not drive and hosts activities like exercise and art for seniors to promote better health at no cost.

Role:

• Compensation: Base salary of $260,000 plus up to 20% of the base in bonuses
• Bonus factors include patient satisfaction, adherence to company values, HEDIS compliance, and reduction of hospital sick days
• Position: Outpatient Primary Care
• Start date: May 2025, when the new center opens
• Model: Value-Based Care
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Up to 650 patients
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call schedule: Rotational, based on number of providers (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians in the market)
• Support: Each physician has a dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)

• Proficiency in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
