Primary Care Opportunity making over $310,000 in Greensboro, NC

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, with potential to earn over $312,000 + Full Benefits

We are a new, innovative healthcare provider committed to enhancing our patients' lives. We deliver top-quality care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-oriented community. The center offers Uber/Lyft transportation for those who do not drive, along with free activities such as exercise and art programs for seniors to promote better health.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base salary of $260,000 plus up to 20% of the base in bonuses
2. Bonus criteria include: patient satisfaction, adherence to company values, HEDIS compliance, and reducing hospital sick days
3. Position: Primary Care - Outpatient
4. Start date: New center opening in May 2025
5. Model: Value-Based Care
6. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.
7. Average patients per day: 10-12
8. Panel size: Up to 650 patients
9. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
10. On-call schedule: Based on provider number in the market (e.g., if 32 physicians, then 1:32 weeks)
11. Support: Each physician has a dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support

Requirements:

1. MD or DO degree

6. Proficiency in office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
