- Seeking a full-time Academic Primary Care Physician to join the core faculty team for the newly established Quinnipiac University Rural Family Medicine Residency in Winsted, CT. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the education of future rural family medicine physicians while providing primary care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to adults.
Academic Primary Care Position Details:Role: Academic Primary Care Physician, combination of clinical and faculty responsibilitiesLocation: Winsted, CT (Litchfield County in northwestern CT)Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary CareSchedule: Full-time, weekdays only, mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative timePhone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight 2 monthsBase salary: starts at $250,000 and upOther compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
