Job description

Facility in Washington, PA seeking Primary Care locums coverage

Rates: $180/hr

Schedule & Work Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Patient Load: Up to 16 patients per day
• Patient Population: All ages, from newborns to geriatrics (approximately 90% adults, 10% pediatrics)
• APP Coverage: APPs present from 8 AM to 4 PM, working independently without supervision
• On-Call Requirement: None
• EMR System: eClinicalWorks (Outpatient)
• Charting Deadline: All documentation must be completed within 72 hours to avoid reimbursement delays

Clinical Focus Areas:

• Disease Management, including acute and chronic illnesses, immunizations
• Gynecological and Pediatric Care
• Wellness Visits and Physicals
• ER/Hospital Follow-ups
• Preventive Health and Patient Education
• Procedures: Wound care, diagnostic testing, pain management, I&D, injections

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania License preferred (considering those in process)
• ACLS/BLS Certification
• DEA License required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to documentation standards

Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days (Temporary and Full Privileges available)
