Primary Care Physician - 100% Outpatient

Start Date: ASAP | Shifts: 4.5 Day Work Week | Pay Rate: $240,000 - $725,000

We are recruiting Primary Care Physicians to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This opportunity allows you to work in a collegial environment with over 30 PCPs and a team of advanced practice providers (APPs). Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty practice in the region, serving multiple communities since 1965, committed to individualized, comprehensive, and patient-focused care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2, with profit sharing as a shareholder thereafter, earning between $400K-$725K
• Manageable patient volumes with strong staff support
• Only 16+ Patients per day, no pediatrics
• Extensive in-house referral network
• Light call: 2-3 days/month, phone only
• Practice-paid insurance premiums
