Job summary

Arc Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our team for outpatient care at a tribal partner facility. This role focuses on serving American Indian communities with integrity, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach.

The position offers outpatient clinic scheduling with 8-hour shifts, credentialing readiness, and competitive compensation with malpractice insurance and travel/lodging coverage.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Unrestricted medical license and DEA in any U.S. state or territory.
• Must not have had a lapse in clinical practice greater than 6 months prior to assignment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions.
• Provide comprehensive physical exams for pediatric and adult patients.
• Collaborate with specialists and other providers to coordinate care.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in the medical record system.
