Job description

Top Medical Center is actively recruiting full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics within our collaborative network. You will have easy access to system-wide support while working alongside a highly motivated and skilled Family Medicine team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

Clinics Overview:

• Monday to Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility, including options for a 4-day work week.
• Call 1 weekday every 1-2 months, 1 weekend per year, complemented by RNs taking first calls.
• Average of 20 patients per day.
• Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5.
• E-consult capability.
• Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area.
• On-site phlebotomists.

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Ability to obtain medical license in Washington State and DEA registration with full prescriptive authority.

Compensation Range: $270,000 - $490,000. Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentives, sign-on bonus, reimbursement for moving expenses (for qualified individuals), and generous vacation, sick, and holiday time off.
