Richmond, Virginia, Concierge Medicine Physician Opening

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physician with at least 5 years post-training experience.
• Full-time, outpatient primary care position with a concierge model—patients pay a monthly membership fee and also use their health insurance.
• Work weekdays only, with one day allocated for administrative tasks weekly.
• Manage a patient panel with phone call responsibilities four days a week.
• See all ages or adults only, with an average of 8-10 patients per day, including responding to portal messages and phone calls.
• Work alongside 15 physicians, with dedicated nursing support and shared referral, marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT support.
• No APPs involved.
• Refer someone who might be a good fit and inquire about our generous referral fees!

Organization Information:

• Salary range: $225k-$285k.
• Benefits include 7 paid holidays, 3 float holidays, 3 weeks PTO in year 1 (negotiable), increasing to 4 weeks thereafter, 1 week CME with monetary allowance, 401(k) with 4% match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, malpractice coverage, and free concierge memberships for physicians and immediate family.
