Market Medical Director - Primary Care

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: Over $370,000

Job Summary

The Market Medical Director is a key member of our Health leadership team, responsible for leading PCPs across clinics in the market. The role involves clinical practice, leadership, mentoring, and strategic input to organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor primary care providers in the market.
2. Participate in clinical practice as needed, especially during clinic openings or growth phases.
3. Oversee clinical operations and collaborate with VP of operations.
4. Contribute to strategic organizational goals, including network development, quality improvement, and patient engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $280,000-$300,000
• Bonus: 25% of base salary
• Benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, holidays, and retirement contributions.

Requirements

• MD or DO with IM/FM Board Certification (Geriatrics a plus)
• 3-5 years of value-based care or managed care experience
• Ability to mentor and coach
• Willingness to travel within the market
• Strong interpersonal skills
