Primary Care Physician - Portsmouth, VA

COMPENSATION: Salary $260k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We are a physician-led and mission-driven primary care organization, currently one of the most successful full-provider entities transforming care for the neediest populations. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base $250-$270k
2. Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
3. Partnership: No buy-in, usually within 12-18 months; 65% achieve partnership after 1 year
4. Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per day
5. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
6. Work/Life Balance: Emphasized
7. Patient Panel: Max 450 patients
8. Administrative Time: Included in schedule
9. Schedule: No nights or weekends
10. Type of Practice: 100% outpatient
11. Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
12. Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
13. Care Model: Value-Based Care
