Primary Care Physician Description

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k - $270k + Signing Bonus up to $50k or $100k Forgivable loan

To achieve our vision and fulfill our mission, we seek the best primary care providers and clinical leaders who are looking to fulfill their purpose and explore personal opportunities. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

• Compensation: $250k - $270k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in; typically within 12-18 months of start date. 65% become partners after 1 year, earning over $300k as a partner
• Hours: Monday to Friday, Clinic hours 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance: Small patient panel (maximum 450 patients), administrative time included, no nights or weekends, 100% outpatient
• Support: Dedicated care and support team (own MA, scheduler, etc.)
