Location:

Compensation:

Base Salary: $285,000 - $300,000 + Sign On Bonus + Relocation Bonus + Performance Incentives + Productivity Bonus

Job Description:

• 1:7 call, including some weekends
• Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment
• Patient Volume: 18-22 Per Day
• Provide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competence
• Communicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotations
• Ensure medical record documentation complies with policies and procedures
• Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine, and controlled substance registration with the DEA
• Abide by credentialing and re-credentialing policies
• Participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payer programs as required
• Manage chronic diseases and common outpatient acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with the region's behavioral health and social service systems
• Provide services to individuals with severe/persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and housing instability

Note: The hospital will handle licensing during credentialing, so this will not be an issue for this position.
