Primary Care Opportunity making over $300,000 in Philadelphia, PA

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE with potential to exceed $300,000 in the first year, plus full benefits.

We're a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. Role Details:

• Compensation: Base $260,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
• Bonus Criteria: Patient satisfaction, living company values, HEDIS compliance, reducing hospital sick days
• Position: Primary Care - Outpatient
• Start Date: May 2025
• Model: Value-Based Care
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
• Average Patients per Day: 10-12
• Panel Size: Max of 650 patients
• Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call Schedule: Rotational, based on provider number in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
• Support: Dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support

Requirements:

• MD or DO
