Family Medicine Physician Role:

• Provide Primary Care Medicine and preventative care for patients with an emphasis health & wellness education, treatment of illness and minor workplace injuries, and ongoing chronic disease management.
• Credential in 1-2 weeks for this 4-month assignment, then can cover PRN
• 06/09/2025 - 09/30/2025

Requirements for this Family Medicine Physician role:

• NJ Medical License & DEA
• BC/BE ABFM or IM/PEDS
• BLS
• 2 years' practice experience
