Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages pediatrics to geriatrics

• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions with continuity of care

• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling

• Partner closely with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider

• Enjoy light call coverage supported by RN triage

• Optional teaching roles available (mentoring med students, NP/PA students)

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Required
  (If Board Eligible: must be within 5 years of eligibility and BC within 3 years of employment)

• Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain Required

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience Required

• Clean malpractice and license history No exceptions

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $250,000 $260,000, based on experience

• Productivity Incentives: Earn additional compensation from Day 1

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000, paid with first paycheck

• Retention Bonus: Additional $25,000 at start of year two
