• Currently there are 35 providers
• Salary: $180k-$300k with quality bonus depending on experience
• Call: rotating call
• Experienced and new grads are encouraged to apply
• 18-20 patients per day
• All ages seen
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Clinic has lab on site

• HPSA score: 17
