Shift: Day (5x8 - 9 AM to 5 PM), 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program, which is fully accredited by ACGME.
- Provide clinical and supervisory leadership within a community hospital setting.
- Develop residency program initiatives focusing on comprehensive outpatient care, including managing complex diseases and procedures.
- Lead a team that produces holistic physicians ready for primary care or hospital medicine.
- Maintain a supportive and resident-centered training atmosphere.
Compensation and Benefits:- Salary: $212,000 with incentives.
- Relocation Allowance: Reimbursement-based, depending on relocation distance.
- Starting Bonus: Up to $50,000 (discussed in the interview).
- Retention Bonuses: $15,000 over two years.

Qualifications:- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
- License: New York license (or willingness to obtain), and DEA license (or able to obtain).
- Experience: At least 3 years' educational or administrative experience in Family Medicine.
