Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Saratoga, NY

Join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice in the vibrant city of Saratoga Springs, New York. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact.
• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.
• Perform telemedicine coverage for designated weekends every few months.
• Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and records.
• See an average of patients per day.
• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility working toward BC) - REQUIRED.
• Active New York State Medical License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED.
• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date - REQUIRED.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history - REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS.
• Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups - REQUIRED.
• Willingness to work full-time with 4- or 5-day schedule - REQUIRED.

License and Certification Requirements:
