ARC Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to deliver full-scope care in a tribal health setting. The role spans outpatient, urgent care, inpatient, and potential ED coverage in a transformative, patient-centered model.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO, completed Family Medicine residency, and an active U.S. license with ongoing board eligibility or certification; BLS/ACLS and DEA clearance are required. Join a mission-driven team serving a tribal community.

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Unrestricted DEA
• Clean NPDB

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic care
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and vaccinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and patient engagement initiatives
• Serve as an active member of the medical staff, including potential roles in hospitalist and ED coverage
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Serve on committees and contribute to organizational initiatives

Position Overview

This role provides full-scope Family Medicine care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics). Physicians practice in a collaborative environment with opportunities in outpatient clinic, urgent care, inpatient, and emergency care settings.

Key Responsibilities

Prenatal care experience is preferred but not required.
