Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Family Practice physician for a 90-day placement in a primary care clinic in Tahlequah, OK.

The physician will see patients of all ages, with an average of 16-24 scheduled appointments per day after orientation, supported by LPNs, CNAs, and RNs. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8 or 10 hours, and licensure plus BLS/ACLS/PALS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in primary care.
• Active medical license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Must be able to see patients of all ages (peds to geriatrics).
• Experience with EKG and spirometry is highly desired.
• Cerner experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a primary care clinic for patients of all ages.
• Manage a daily patient load of 16-24 scheduled appointments after orientation.
• Work Monday to Friday with shifts of 8 or 10 hours.
• Collaborate with LPNs, Clinical Assistants, and RNs.
• Perform lesions removal and joint injections as needed.

Description:We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide care in a primary care clinic.The physician will be required to see patients of all ages.The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with shifts of either 8 or 10 hours.The physician will follow an average patient load of 16-24 scheduled appointments per day after orientation.Support staff is available, including LPNs, Clinical Assistants, and RNs.Experience in a tribal or rural health setting is a plus but not required.Current certification in family medicine or successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited post-graduate training program in family practice is required.If trained in Internal Medicine, current certification or completion of relevant training in internal medicine is also required.The physician must be able to manage care for adult and pediatric patients in a primary care setting.Experience with EKG and spirometry is highly desired.Skills in basic family medicine, including management of chronic illnesses, are necessary.Lesion removal and joint injections are also highly desired.The ability to work independently and maintain flexibility is essential.There will be no on-call responsibilities, and a lunch break must be taken during shifts.Cerner experience is preferred but not mandatory.
