Primary Care Physician Description

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k - $270k + Signing Bonus up to $50k or $100k Forgivable loan

We are a physician-led and mission-driven primary care organization, currently one of the most successful full-provider entities, transforming care for the neediest population. Our mission is to honor seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health. To achieve our vision and fulfill our mission, we seek the best primary care providers and clinical leaders who are seeking purpose and personal growth to join our team. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

• Compensation: $250k - $270k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in, typically within 12-18 months; 65% become partners after 1 year, earning over $300k
• Hours: Monday to Friday, clinic hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance: Small patient panel (max 450 patients), administrative time included, no nights or weekends, 100% outpatient
• Support: Dedicated care team including MA and scheduler
