Innovative and independent medical practice seeks a Family Medicine Physician in Lincoln, Nebraska!

This is a very rare primary care and behavioral health integrated group in the USA, offering EEGs, research, ketamine, TMS, and medication management!

Family Medicine Physician Benefits:

• Salary range of $220,000 to $300,000 per year, with flexible hours and patient load to determine income.
• MDs are backup call; NPs rotate call once every 6 weeks.
• Autonomy in practice, owned independently, with full support staff handling administrative tasks.
• Work 36 hours, then finish for the day—no extra admin work.
• Generous time off: 3-4 weeks vacation/sick leave, 1.5 weeks holidays, 3 days CME — approximately 1.5 months off annually.

About the Group:

• Location: Lincoln, Nebraska (1 location)
• Team: 55 members, including 11 providers in mental health and primary care
• Experience: 21 years in practice
• Approach: Integrated mental health and primary care

Family Medicine Physician Role Details:

• Patient load: 2-4 patients per hour
• Back-up call handled by NPs, from 5 pm to 10 pm daily
• Ideal candidate: someone who wants to live in Lincoln and prefers to avoid administrative and business headaches
• Contract: 3-year commitment
• Sponsorship: Open to H1B or J1 candidates
