The Opportunity

1. Enjoy a completely outpatient practice with manageable daily volumes to prevent burnout.
2. Take advantage of a 4-day workweek and 6 weeks of PTO.
3. Option to work in a new clinic at a state-of-the-art $20 million healthcare campus, featuring the latest medical technology and amenities, with a team of 20 PCPs dedicated to exceptional patient care in a collegial environment.
4. Option to lead a team of APPs at a clinic in Illinois, with a $325,000 base salary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $280,000 - $300,000 (negotiable based on experience).
• Productivity model with potential earnings of $330,000 - $350,000.
• Sign-on bonus, residency stipend, 403b and 457 Top Hat plans, full benefits, and 6 weeks PTO.
• H1B visa support available.
