- Full-time, clinical base salary pay range: $270,000 - $285,000. Range is an estimate and may be influenced by experience, qualifications, community need, and other factors. Additional compensation components such as bonuses or incentives may apply.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the DEA and Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or eligible in relevant specialties. Maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs.
- Meet all qualifications for OSF's malpractice and liability coverage.

- Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide patient care aligned with patient preferences, goals, and needs.
