Primary Care Opportunity in a Very Desirable Suburb of Houston, TX

Seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Candidate for a full-time position due to growth. This outpatient-only practice is part of a very successful and well-established primary care group.

Practice Details

• Flexible start date
• Shared call coverage
• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm, and every other Saturday, 8am-5pm. Hours are flexible based on physician preference (e.g., 7-4, 8-5, 9-6).

We are a fast-growing private clinic located in a desirable suburban area of Houston, TX. We accept most commercial insurances and Medicare, but do not accept Medicaid.

Payor Mix and Patient Volume

• Payor Mix: 80% Commercial PPO, 10% HMO, 10% Medicare
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20-25 patients per day

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary, variable with schedule, plus bonuses, offering high earning potential based on gross collections over a threshold
• Initial salary for the first year, transitioning to a percentage of collections (gross, not RVUs)
