• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking multiple board-certified or truly board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine physicians.
  • Permanent job opening with opportunities to become a practice owner and make a long-term commitment to serve patients and communities.
  • Locations include multiple offices in the Greenville area.
  • Outpatient primary care work seeing patients aged 18 and older.
  • Work schedule: 4.5 days per week.
  • Rotating phone call: about 2-3 days per month and 4-5 weekends per year.
  • Average calls: 3.5 per weeknight and 15 on weekends.
  • Supervision of APPs is optional.
  • Hospital admissions are managed by hospitalists.
• Organization Information:
  • Starting salary for non-shareholders: $200k to $260k, based on experience and goals.
  • Shareholder total compensation range: $300k-$700k.
  • Partnership track: 2-4 years, with potential partnership as early as two years with a $15k stock purchase.
  • Employment models include employed and shareholder options.
  • Non-shareholders receive a salary with bonus potential (50% of profit upon meeting goals).
  • Salary increases as profits grow.
