Group, a member of the Health Network in Northwest Indiana, has outpatient opportunities for board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine & Family Medicine physicians. New residents welcome! Clinic locations:

1. La Porte
2. Michigan City

La Porte will provide you with the opportunity to balance a great quality of life with a fulfilling medical practice. We are committed to providing physicians with the tools and support needed to care for your patients while maintaining a meaningful work-life balance!

Details of the positions include:

1. Outpatient only
2. Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
3. Full subspecialty referral support in network
4. Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
5. Office based procedures encouraged and supported
6. Call 1:4 or greater (telephone only)
7. New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow
