Primary Care Opportunities in Southeast Indiana - Near Louisville and Cincinnati

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Multiple Openings - Upcoming Retirements

Compensation:

1. Base Pay (1-year guarantee): $250,000
2. Productivity Bonus: Compensation for RVUs in excess of agreed threshold available
3. Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for 3-year commitment
4. Work RVU Conversion Rate: $47

Benefits:

1. Vacation Time: 4 weeks for the first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter
2. CME Hours: 40 hours of CME time off per year (after first year of employment)
3. CME & Dues Allowance: $4,000 per contract year (after first year of employment)

6. Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including Licensure, DEA, CSR, Malpractice (occurrence-based with tail coverage)
7. Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries & benefits and manages staffing issues

Practice Structure:

1. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
2. 100% Outpatient practice
3. No nights or weekends
4. Four (4) day work week (10 hour days) or Five (5) day work week (8 hour days)
5. Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
6. Average volume: 20-25 patients per day
7. Very few telephone calls at night - Critical labs: The switchboard will contact the ordering provider; lab policy is that the provider responds within 30 minutes
8. Hospitalist team will cover patient admissions; ED will admit to Hospitalist team if inpatient care is needed
9. Lab and X-ray services on site
10. Full EMR: Meditech and LSS; Meditech will transition to Epic in the future
