Job Description: Family Medicine Physician

As a Physician in Family Medicine, you'll work with 6 other Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers to deliver top-notch care and enhance patient experience. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs.

Location: Thornton Clinic, Thornton, Colorado

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-3pm

Compensation: Base salary of $290,000 plus wRVU incentives, with earning potential based on current volumes. Additional benefits include:

• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Bonus: $20,000 (if applicable)

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
