Schedule: Day shift, Monday Friday

Call Requirements: None

Practice Setting:

• Serves homeless and medically underserved adult populations

• Outpatient only patients/day

• Patient Demographics: Primarily adults and geriatrics; occasional pediatric care

• 6 mid-level providers on-site

• No codes, ED backup, or provider supervision required

• Must perform pelvic exams, pap smears, and employment physicals

• Defibrillator on site

Clinical Details:

• EMR: Epic

• Languages: Bilingual Spanish highly preferred

• Must be comfortable with diverse and immigrant populations

• Experience in underserved care and staff supervision preferred

Requirements:

• License: Active GA medical license and DEA

• Board Certification: FM or IM (IM preferred)

• Experience: 5+ years post-training

• Certifications: BLS
