Summary:

Skagit Regional Health has an immediate opening for a Family Medicine physician to join our clinic in Smokey Point, Washington. Be part of a collegial team of 6 established providers. 3. Provide care for patients of all ages in a small family clinic that patients love. The clinic is located in a multispecialty building with immediate access to lab, diagnostic imaging services, and various subspecialty providers.
4. This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in-house specialty care referral network.
5. Utilize the integrated EPIC EMR platform system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an ACGME-accredited program.
2. Board Eligible/Board Certified required.
3. 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.
4. The ideal candidate prioritizes quality of care, patient experience, and collaboration.
5. Focus on building lasting relationships with patients and strong community ties.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Guaranteed first-year salary: $298,975.
2. Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement, and CME allowance.
