AdventHealth Ottawa is seeking to add a Family Medicine with OB physician to their team. Located approximately 40 miles southwest of Kansas City, Ottawa has a population of about 13,000 and features a 44-bed full-service hospital with outpatient clinics employing nearly 400 staff members, offering various specialty services for this rural community.

About the Opportunity

1. Building an employed OB Service Line with 1 OB/Gyn physician and 2 Family Medicine with OB physicians.
2. Providing 24/7 coverage through employed physicians and independent physicians in the Kansas City metro area.
3. Experience with C-Sections required; high-risk surgeries are transferred out.
4. Relias Fetal Monitoring preferred.
5. Support staff includes RNs, on-call General Surgery, and a CRNA model with excellent practitioners.
6. Facilities include a Level I Nursery, 2 Women’s Services beds, and 5 L&D beds.
7. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with a wRVU production component, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage.
8. Additional benefits include a competitive time-off plan, wellness benefits, and a generous CME allowance.
