Professional:

1. Employed, full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics and C-Sections
2. Work alongside like-minded FPOBs and APPs
3. Join the community's primary delivery service
4. Hospital averages 190 deliveries annually

7. Manageable 1:4 call schedule
8. Implement a true population health model, seeing 16-17 patients in clinic daily
