Physician Workload

This position involves seeing patients in primary care settings at the Lancaster clinic and overseeing approximately 50 providers across primary care, behavioral health, and outpatient medicine throughout five clinics.

Payer mix: 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, with the remaining being other payers.

Patient demographics: Pediatric to geriatric, with a high elderly population in the area.

Patients per day: Average of 20-24 during full-day office visits.

Work hours: 28 hours of direct patient care at Lancaster office, 9 hours of Medical Director administrative hours, and 3 hours of practice administrative hours.

• Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, NH — approximately 1.5-hour drive or a 20-minute flight.
• Catholic Medical Center (CMC) in Manchester, NH — approximately a 2-hour drive.

Requirements

• Must be COVID vaccinated.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
