LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services is seeking a PMHNP-BC to provide medication management and therapy for adults and youth. The role offers in-person, full- or part-time opportunities with strong administrative support and modern offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois with PMHNP-BC and an active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management for adults and pediatric patients as part of therapy.

• Fee for Service - Proven $151,000 to $194,000 + in Compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) and holding an active DEA.
• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
