Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Oregon to join our clinical team in the greater Portland area. The role requires an active PMHNP license in Oregon, DEA registration, and experience with medication management and psychotherapy.

We offer a hybrid model with telemedicine and in-person clinics, generous compensation above $308,000–$360,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Oregon licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Active DEA.
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy to patients across ages.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality behavioral healthcare.
• Deliver care within a hybrid telemedicine and in-person model.
