Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks PMHNP-BCs for our Edgewood Clinical Services team in Illinois. The role involves delivering evidence-based psychiatric care to adults and youths, with medication management and therapy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Illinois license with PMHNP-BC certification required.
• Active DEA registration required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with medication management.
• Therapy experience preferred.
• Full Practice Authority in Illinois preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adults and child/adolescent patients.
• Manage medications and provide therapy as part of treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate care.
• Provide in-person care either full-time or part-time at LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) and holding an active DEA.


• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.


• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$120,000 - $148,000 a year
