Job summary

UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice role. The 100% FTE position offers a standard clinic schedule, 5 days per week, with hours typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations. You will conduct chart reviews, perform in-person and telehealth visits, coordinate care with the Pre-Anesthesia Medical Director and Surgical Team, and order tests and medications as needed.

Qualifications

• NPs or PAs must hold active licensure in Wisconsin and prescriptive authority.
• DE A license or ability to obtain one as applicable prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart reviews and patient assessments.
• Perform in-person and telehealth visits.
• Coordinate care with Pre-Anesthesia Medical Director and Surgical Team.
• Order tests and medications as needed.
